The player fees for the Fall 2024 season are as follows:
Please plan to pay $100 of the player fee by the end of the first week of practice (by no later than Aug 9th) and the remaining amount by the end of August if possible, but by no later than September 30.... OR set up an alternative payment plan, if needed. (Setting up a personalized plan for payments is absolutely okay, we just need to know!)
Note:
For those families who will be gone on summer vacation and not able to attend week one of practice, no worries! Just send an email to CHAP Volleyball leadership letting us know when your player will begin practice. Your player can bring $100 during their first week of practice.
For the JV and Varsity levels there may also be an additional jersey fee. There is no additional jersey fee at the 12U and 14U levels-- uniforms will be provided by CHAP and returned at the end of the season.
New starting this year: Players who have not paid their season fees in full by 9/30/24 will not be allowed to participate in any games or tournaments until fees are paid up. It is our hope that finances alone are never the reason for a player not being able to participate. Payment plans for all season fees are available!! Communication is key. Please let leadership know if you have any questions or concerns regarding making payments.

Fees paid into CHAP are used to cover operating expenses such as: gym rental, equipment purchases, tournament entry fees, paying officials, etc. This money is NOT used to pay coaches, directors or facilitators-- **These are all VOLUNTEER positions.**
